I would like to heartily recommend Joe Ramos and his services as our realtor. In selling the property we had in Solvang, there were numerous complications, including dealing with two legal entities, a court Settlement Agreement, the fact that none of the parties were still residing in the vicinity, and the complications of selling an older home that was outside city limits with a septic system. Joe was attentive to our needs, took care of communications with both legal entities, including a Los Angeles attorney, arranged for the required tests and reports in our absence, and communicated the expected expenses in advance.
He was always available to promptly answer our questions and concerns, and made what was a complicated scenario go as smoothly as possible.
